Jennifer K. Church

Associate

Jennifer has extensive experience in environmental, real property, commercial and construction litigation.  Jennifer represents clients in diverse matters involving, among other things, breach of contract, land use and zoning, real property disputes and mechanic’s liens.  Jennifer also has experience drafting construction contracts for owners, contractors and subcontractors as well as property access agreements and leases.

While pursuing her law degree, Jennifer interned at the Pace Environmental Litigation Clinic and the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency as well as several other public interest organizations.  In addition to her legal experience, Jennifer has a background in environmental science and ecology.
