Alexander M. Levy

Principal

Alexander Levy is well-versed in general commercial, employment, matrimonial, trusts and estates, and real estate litigation.  He is business savvy and provides general counseling to businesses including corporate formation, governance, litigation management, and business and real estate transactions. He is noted for his compassion for his clients and the zeal he brings to each of his matters.

Lex, as he is known to his friends, has been involved in myriad litigations over the years including real estate and business transactions, construction claims, landlord/tenant lawsuits, disputes between cooperative boards and sponsors, contractors, architects, and engineers.

He is also experienced with litigating disagreements between fight promoters, between fighters and promoters, between fighters and sanctioning organizations, matrimonial disputes, business divorces, collections, and white collar fraud.

Lex provides general counseling to a wide array of businesses including, but not limited to, design firms, technology firms, restaurants, wholesale food distributors, agricultural operators including traditional livestock and crop-producing agricultural operations, as well as emerging market businesses such as hemp farming and processing.  Lex is also Board Advisor for the non-profit, Rock & Rawhide.
